You will have the full support of a coach off the floor, and the guidance of a coach on the floor as you train with the rest of the gym community each day.

The most effective way to deliver results is to design a program specifically to each individual's unique goals, needs and lifestyle. That's what our professional coaches do.

Having your own program evolves and progresses as you do, so your training is always pushing you just outside your comfort zone.

It's a bit like having a personal trainer, with all of the individualized attention and none of the micro-management, and at a fraction of the cost.

    Consultation

    Introductions are about gyms. Our consultation is about YOU. You'll sit down with a professional coach and will discuss where you're at and where you want to go in fitness.

    Assessment

    Over 3 sessions, your very own professional coach will take you through a Body, Movement, and Work Capacity Assessment to establish a baseline to work from.

    Training

    Train at an OPEX Gym when it suits you. All of your sessions are done under the watchful eye of skilled coaches and amongst welcoming, like-minded individuals.

    Lifestyle

    The gym is only 1 hour of your day. What happens in the other 23 hours? Optimizing your nutrition, lifestyle, and recovery helps us maximize the results you get from your time in the gym.
