STEP ONE

Initial Consultation

In order to create a program that best suits you, your coach will spend time getting to know who you are, what motivates you in fitness, and why you have set certain goals.

STEP TWO

Physical Assessment

The physical assessment works in 3 parts:
BODY: We do a full body composition analysis.
MOVE: We look at how you move and identify any limitations or imbalances in your movement.
WORK: We do an initial fitness test to see where you stand in your fitness journey.

STEP THREE

Let’s get to work!

Based on your goals, lifestyle, and physical assessment, your professional coach will create a long-term plan that will help you accomplish your goals and much more. When you are in the gym there will always be a coach there to support you and answer questions. If you are training remotely, no sweat! We use state of the art software to deliver training and communicate with you.

 

OPEX offers more than the traditional personal trainer – we offer the big changes you’re finally ready for.

Create a long term workout plan - we take your physical assessment to your professional coach and they will create a long-term plan towards physical success. 

Develop a long term solution to your diet  - It’s important to focus on what goes into your body to help your body look and feel better. Don’t be scared, we aren’t cutting out everything you love out of your diet. We find a balance that will match your goals.  

Envelope yourself in the OPEX Community - Feel welcomed by the community of supportive souls we’ve brought together. We are all here to build a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment.

Work on your wellness from home -  We get it. Sometimes it’s hard to be in front of other people while you’re training. Decide to train from the security of your own home and we will use state-of-the-art software to deliver your training.
